1. No Refund Policy
T20 Investment League operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. All investments, purchases, and payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
2. Investment Plans
Once you purchase an investment plan, the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with returns
- Technical issues
- Account suspension or termination
- Market volatility or losses
3. Captain Fee
The one-time Captain fee of $2,500 is non-refundable. Once paid and approved, this fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
4. Wallet Top-ups
All wallet top-ups are final. Funds added to your wallet cannot be refunded. These funds can only be used for purchasing investment plans or making withdrawals according to our terms and conditions.
5. Withdrawal Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you may withdraw your earnings according to our withdrawal policy, subject to minimum limits and processing times. Please refer to the withdrawal section in your dashboard for details.
6. Acknowledgment
By making any payment or investment on T20 Investment League, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. You understand that all transactions are final and irreversible.
